All products are handmade and may vary slightly in colour, texture, or finish. These variations are part of the nature and charm of handcrafted items.

We make every effort to display product colours and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device screen will reflect colours exactly.

 

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and dispatched. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.


 

4. Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order
  • Limit quantities purchased
  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock availability

If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.


 

5. Shipping

We ship within South Africa using PUDO locker delivery. Shipping times and procedures are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct locker location at checkout. Crafted is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.



6. Returns & Refunds

Our 14-day return policy is detailed in our Refunds & Returns Policy.

Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Custom or final sale items are non-refundable.



7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, designs, text, and branding, is the property of Crafted and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.



8. Limitation of Liability

Crafted is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Delays caused by courier services
  • Loss resulting from misuse of products

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
