Refunds & Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging (where applicable).
  • Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at orders@wearecraftedza.co.za. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

Exchanges

If you would like a different colour or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item within the 14-day period.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Because our pieces are handmade and often produced in small batches, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Worn or washed items
